- Submission of this application does not guarantee approval or reserve a property.
- The property is not reserved until PineappleROC confirms the reservation and required payment has been received.
- All occupants and pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival.
- Occupancy may not exceed the maximum permitted for the property.
- No parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are permitted without prior written approval.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property.
- I am responsible for damage caused by myself, my guests, or my pets during the reservation.
- I agree to comply with the property-specific house rules supplied with my reservation.
- Rates, deposits, security deposits, pet fees, cleaning fees, cancellation terms, and payment schedules may vary by property and
reservation and will be provided before payment is requested.
- Direct-booking payments and cancellation terms are governed by the reservation agreement provided by PineappleROC and not by
Airbnb, VRBO, or another third-party platform.
- PineappleROC may request additional identification, employment verification, references, or other documentation before approving an
extended stay.
