This airbnb is spacious, clean and so centrally located. It's such a fun place to stay. Plenty of street parking made it so easy to come and go. Walking distance to the fabulous George Eastman Museum and beautiful neighborhoods filled with turn-of the century houses. In the airbnb, there's a smaller room (with door) with a single bed that is so cozy. Our college-age daughter loved staying there! Oh, and there's a finished basment that has a yoga mat and weights along with another TV and dog alcove. Really, this place thought of everything!

Great stay. We always book on the water. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans. Both bedrooms are upstairs and both rooms have double beds that are comfortable. If it’s super hot at night, leave the bedroom doors open because only one bedroom has an A/C unit. However it’s a “split” AC unit so it’s way better than a window unit. The second bedroom does have a fan.

We always choose Pineapple ROC properties when we visit our son and his wife in Rochester. Good value, responsive host and clean and comfortable properties.

Had a great stay with friends for the weekend! Everywhere we went was easy to get to and the space was perfect for a little holiday weekend getaway. Rooms were spacious and we had plenty of time to rest and relax!

Great stay. Loved being on the water. House was comfortable and very clean. Only drawback for us was a non working bar-b-que. Would have been nice to cook outside. Over all great experience!!

Pleasant stay.

My family and I just spent two nights here, and we were very happy! Beautiful view of Lake Ontario, and we enjoyed searching for sea glass in the stretch of shore. My teens enjoyed all the pineapple decor (big Psych fans) - especially the mini waffle maker with the pineapple impression! (They even included some waffle mix and syrup, but we got our own to make more.) The upstairs had 2 queen beds, like in the description, not the trundle like in the photos - but there was a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, too. Everything looked great - very clean, comfortable furniture, well-supplied kitchen - and especially that beautiful view. It was a lovely visit, and we'd happily stay there again!

Very nice; clean and convenient to all things we wanted to do. All accommodations were very nice. Thank you for all the towels! We didn't use that many, but it was nice to be so well stocked just in case. Overall, perfect stay. Highly recommend! 🙂
