We had the pleasure of staying in this cute property while we visited Rochester Institute of Technology. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. We also enjoyed the neighborhood, walking to local dinners and coffee shops in the area. If my son chooses RIT we will definitely be back.

We thought the home was very comfortable and found it as described. The neighborhood was very quiet and location was very convenient to our needs.

The apartment was nice and clean. Minimal decor but nice. I would not choose to stay here again, not in the winter time. An over abundance of snow covered the driveway, sidewalk and the porch stairs. The listing states that the apartment comes with one parking space but the parking space is behind the house next door, which was not shoveled. We were expected to pull our luggage down the driveway and sidewalk to the house next door. We ended up using street parking during our stay because it was just easier.

Our stay was great; the place was exactly as described. It was super neat and clean, well equipped, walkable to many great stores, businesses and restaurants and easy to find. The off street parking was great and the spaces were plowed well for our stay.

This was the third time I stayed there. Wonderful place and beautiful surrounding. I know why this jem is so hard to reserve in the summer months. Highly recommend it to anyone.

The space was clean and spacious. Hosts were accommodating and flexible for early check-ins. Recommend and would return!
