Great location for birding at all the nearby areas during Spring Migration.

We loved this PineappleROC property. We opened the door, after a 6 hour drive and were immediately happy. We booked the night before for this last minute getaway to see family. Directions and information were immediately provided, property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. All we did was show up and settle in. LOVED: professional and quick communication, designated off street parking spot, super clean home, comfortable bed and all the comforts of home (teapot, coffee maker/coffee, more towels than needed, washer/dryer, and the waffle mix!) The location was fabulous!! Close to everything.

Had a very enjoyable stay and would absolutely stay again. It was very close to University of Rochester where I was spending a good amount of time. The 2nd floor space does have steep stairs into the unit. Not an issue for us but may be a concern for others. The unit itself was exactly as pictured, very functional and the mattress was comfortable. Appreciated the coffee, snacks and local recommendations that were provided. Designated parking in the back was very convenient. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The area is transitional and we did have a couple of cars pass by with loud bass and a person who walked by was loudly arguing with themselves overnight but I never felt unsafe and was totally comfortable walking to a couple of restaurants nearby. I would absolutely recommend.

Very cute and clean! Perfect for a little stay in Rochester. Close to things we wanted to do.

Had a wonderful stay. Great pet friendly option! We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay. Linens were stain free and fresh, gave us hotel vibes! The purpose of our trip was to have our extended family the opportunity to meet our 5 month old so we communicated with host that people would be stopping in to meet her and it was a wonderful space for memories to be made. Would definitely return in the future visits to Rochester.

Location was convenient for visiting our son. The layout was nice and we like the two queen beds in the bedroom. There is road noise in the living area but the bedroom is quiet.

Nice quiet weekend away in a clean and hospitable place.
Location near local restaurants with historic charm.
Would be great during a summer trip, or if you want to fish - the pond always had people there across the street.
