We have stayed here several times and every time it’s perfect. The house is clean and has everything you need. The lake behind it makes it a beautiful and peaceful get away.

This is my third stay in one of Pineapple ROC’s properties. Both were beautifully appointed, and were equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. This particular property is perfectly located so that one can walk within a mile to a myriad of restaurants, shopping, music, and museums. Do not miss an opportunity to stay in this lovely home.

We had a gathering of siblings, where one lives in Rochester. It was great.

The upstairs unit is very updated & cozy. Comfy beds and the kitchen is great. There was a slight musty smell (older house) when you first open the door to the stairs. There is a shared driveway/alleyway that goes back to many residences but you have your own designated parking space. The house across the alleyway where a band was practicing (drums and guitar) for a bit, but wasn’t too annoying. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the host was responsive to emails.

We had a great stay at PineappleROC’s place! Everything was very clean and the location was perfect. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
