The apartment was spacious and inviting and located in a great neighborhood. The bedroom was comfortable, with ample closets, the kitchen was convenient, and living and dining rooms were great places to relax in. Highland Park and Mount Hope Cemetery were within easy walks, an entrance of 490 was nearby, and downtown was a short drive away. We knew that we would be very close to one of our favorite Rochester joints--the Angry Goat Pub--but didn't know that the corner pub was also quite good. We'd be happy to stay there again the next time that we are in Rochester.

This was a great spot for a weekend visiting with family. Walkable to many nearby necessities (bakery, diner, arcade, bars). Parking provided was easily accessed and neighborhood in general was quiet and delightful. The space itself you could tell was an older home, but it has all the necessities and updates to make it modern and comfortable. Plus, that's part of the Rochester charm! Would be happy to stay again.

Pros: Cute and cozy little spot right in a great location with great proximity to everything. Convenient if you have pups because it has direct access to a great little backyard area (not fenced, so pups have to stay leased) but still lovely. We really enjoyed the back garden area.Cons: For the price, I expected it to be cleaner. You can tell they rushed the cleaning job. Additionally, there was a dead decomposing squirrel on the back patio. When I contacted them to see if they could take care of it, they stated it was the HOA's responsibility. I could understand if it was in the back garden area, but it was literally right on the patio. We had to dispose of it. Again, for the price, fees and additional pet fees I had to pay - this was the LEAST they could do. Communication is also not that great. You can tell Pineapple Roc is just about the business and profit, there was never any warmness or welcoming vibe from start to finish.

This air bnb is located in a walkable location in a safe urban location. Parking was available in a narrow alley behind the bnb building.

We needed a place for a few nights while in town for a sailing training. The location was great and the first floor living space was bright and welcoming. The outdoor space was nice to sit a watch the water while enjoying our morning coffee.

Great location. Very close to our family and we enjoyed dinner at Dickys and breakfast at Bookeater-both walkable. It took time for the apartment to cool down when we arrived and the balcony floor was very soft/squishy but those would be minor complaints for us. . We watched momma feed her baby robins on the balcony, though and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay here and would gladly stay again! The cottage was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.One of our favorite parts was falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves on Lake Ontario. Sitting outside under the stars and listening to the water was so peaceful and reminded me of growing up near the Great Lakes. It brought back so many wonderful childhood memories.The location was perfect for us. We were in town visiting friends, and it was an easy drive to everywhere we needed to go. There was also a nearby beach within walking distance, along with a diner and several restaurants close by.The property was well maintained, had great parking, and truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside getaway, I highly recommend this cottage. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again someday!

Wi-Fi off for day and 1/2. Was up after reporting to Airbnb. Unable to log on to streaming apps. Possibly because too many people had logged in previously? Was not corrected.Front porch light not working. Electrician was called; not working when we left.Handyman, Alan, was very helpful. He went above and beyond his role and communicated with Pineapple re ongoing problems.

The host was great! Only consideration to make is if traveling with a pet, the neighbor next door tends to be sensitive to any barking. The host handled the situation professionally. Overall excellent home and location! The backyard sitting area was peaceful and beautiful. Would recommended.
