Really enjoyed our stay. We had family in town staying at our house so we needed a place to go, the Loft was a perfect place at a perfect price. Host were great. Small detail, they should move the thermostat or put shades on the back porch door as the sun beams on it so the air stays on constantly. Other than that, great place and great host and walking distance to the south wedge

My wife, puppy, and I had a lovely stay in Rochester for a night, and PineappleROC’s listing matched the description perfectly. The thoughtful added bonus of a food/water dish, while seemingly small, made us all feel truly welcome. Would highly recommend and the neighborhood of South Wedge nearby was lovely.

Great location. Clean, quiet and host was very responsive. They thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Booked the stay for a holiday to be near family. We would definitely book again!

We had a nice stay at this unique Airbnb, which is one of two units in a charming converted carriage house behind a beautiful manor home on East Avenue. The location really can’t be beat—close to excellent restaurants and plenty of things to do, all within easy reach.Price-wise, it was comparable to nearby hotels, but the extra space and the convenience of a dedicated parking spot made this a much better fit for us. The hosts were also fantastic. Communication was clear, prompt, and very responsive throughout our stay.One small note: while there’s a nice dresser upstairs in the bedroom area (which also includes a bathroom), there isn’t a place to hang clothes on that level. There is, however, a larger closet by the front door that we initially assumed was just for coats, but it works well for additional storage.Overall, a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed place

This was a lovely peaceful spot and a clean comfortable home. Bed was super comfy with a view of the lake.

We had a very nice stay! The town home was quite spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed there and more. The garage space, specifically getting in and out of the garage space, is a little tricky if you have a large SUV. That said, there is free street parking basically right next to the town home, if needed. We would gladly stay here again! Thank you for the great hospitality!

It's a very comfortable place to stay. For those who are sensitive to light when sleeping, I recommend an eye mask of sorts. Had everything we needed for cooking.

My 2nd time staying at this location. Has all the amenities you could need. The bed is pretty comfy. The location is very convenient to shopping, dining and the highway… highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were provided with everything we could possibly need, it’s very charming and the beds were super comfy. We look forward to booking again in the future. We highly recommend. Also, we are interested in checking out some of the other properties as well.
